location, great views with balcony, grown up, knowledgeable and helpful host, wonderful food and good quality wines, heated boot room, somewhere safe to park the car, en-suite bathrooms with large fluffy warm towels and nice smelling toiletries, wifi so the workaholics can keep in touch, real log fire, flexible dining times and accommodation of special diets, service and personal touches beyond our expectations. This is what we got at Chalet Chanteclair ...... truly the best quality all-round experience we have had skiing. You have raised the bar to a yet higher and almost certainly unattainable level so you'll just have to put up with us annually from here on in.
